Too cold to run outside? Spend the noon hour walking or running on our indoor track! Our Recreational Fitness (RF) running times are for runners, walkers, and joggers of all ages - no speed work. For High Performance (HP) training, speed work, and intervals, check out the High Performance (HP) times on our schedule.
