Refunds

Please note the Olympic Oval's policies for membership and drop-in refunds. 

Refunds for Memberships

First time memberships are refundable within the first two weeks, minus a $10.00 administration fee. After the two-week period, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  1. Exceptions are made for relocation outside of Calgary, injury, accident, or work-related leave. Written documentation must be provided.
     
  2. Memberships eligible with this refund policy include:
  • Recreational Skating
  • Recreational Fitness Running
  • High Performance Running
  • Visiting Athlete – A and B Ice
  • Visiting Athlete – Short Track
  • Visiting Athlete – C ice
  • Weight Room

Refunds for Drop-In Activities

There are no refunds or exchanges for drop-in activities.

  1. Exceptions are made if the program has been cancelled prior to check-in.
     
  2. Drop-In Activities eligible with this refund policy include:
  • Recreational Skating
  • Recreational Fitness Running
  • High Performance Running
  • Visiting Athlete – A and B Ice
  • Visiting Athlete – Short Track
  • Visiting Athlete – C ice
  • Weight Room
