The C Advanced Ice Session is designed for skaters who are not yet ready for the pace and demands of our A or B Ice sessions, but have progressed beyond the speed and environment of Club Ice. This session provides a safe, appropriately paced training environment that bridges the gap between the two levels, allowing skaters to continue developing their speed, skills, and confidence while preparing for A or B Ice.
To maintain the appropriate training environment, skaters who meet the A or B Ice standards are not eligible to skate during C Advanced sessions.
C Advanced Time Standards
500m
Male - 48.00
500m
Female - 50.00
C Group ice times are for developing skaters. There is no minimum time standard, however, no "A Group" or "B Group" qualified skaters will be permitted.
Our Olympic Oval speed skating programs are recognized worldwide where skaters are offered a professional service to help skaters achieve their full potential.
